Role and Duration
I led the end-to-end User Experience Design of the product, a Mobility as a Service software designed to tackle rising costs in the logistics and transportation sector. The duration of the project was 12 months, wherein the app was shipped to end users afterwards.
Scope and Constraints
I worked as a solo designer on this project, often wearing many hats due to budget constraints, and a short timeline for deliverables.
Project Summary
AXIX Client is a product by White Axis LTD, a company delivering innovative solutions in the logistics and mobility sectors. One of the challenges was how to improve the general experience of customers who were already users of competing products such as Uber and Bolt by servicing them in other ways that go beyond the usual taxi-hailing service. We would improve on this experience by focusing on creating a feature that allows users to request up to four services at the same time using the same app. This solves the issue of overcrowding in one vehicle and also saves time for customers who want to go on a batch trip to let’s say a party.
